La Dolce Vita

Hello my Dear Readers! It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted on here, but I’m back and ready to keep everyone posted on my life in beautiful Florence. For those of you who don’t know, I’m studying Business of Fashion at a university called Polimoda. It’s located in the center of the city in a beautiful villa from the 19th century, with breathtaking ceilings and huge chandeliers. It’s not your typical uni building, but I’ll save the tour for the next post!!

At the moment, everyone at school is working on their mid-term projects, since in Italy the first semester is from October-February. For my course, our assignment was to pick a brand that represents our personal style and develop an in-depth research of that brand. The cool, but also stressful part, is that the end result will be a published book!! So I guess I might be considered as a Fashion author now right? Just kidding, I wish.

Nonetheless, for the actual book, we need to take a bunch of pictures of outfits that represent our style but also the chosen brand’s aesthetics. Since I love heels and feel most comfortable in a dress, this first batch of pictures shows a bit of my girly style. As for make-up, red lips and cat eyes are a must when I go out.

Can you guess which luxury fashion brand my group chose? Here’s a little hint: It’s an Italian brand that’s vibrant, floral, but sexy at the same time. Comment your answers below!
